Terms of Sale

The plain terms that apply when you order from Packery.

Who you're buying from

These terms apply to every order placed with Packery, the trading name of Akshita Golchha (ABN 22 936 830 275), 1947/9 Maple Tree Road, Westmead NSW 2145.

Orders and payment

All orders are prepaid. We ship once payment has cleared — by card via Stripe, or by bank transfer. There are no accounts on terms.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are trade prices quoted per carton. We may update pricing at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you pay.

GST

Packery is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on your order. Prices shown are the total you pay.

Volume and custom pricing

There are no automatic volume discounts. If you order regularly or in large quantities, contact us and we can set up per-account custom pricing for you.

Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide: 3–5 business days to metro areas and 4–6 business days to regional areas from dispatch. Delivery is free on orders over $350; otherwise a flat $18.00 applies. Timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Title and risk

Title to the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full. We package and dispatch orders with care.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we replace it free of charge. Tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the full process and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
