We collect as little as we can, use it only to serve you, and never sell it.

Who we are

Packery is a hospitality packaging store operated by Akshita Golchha (ABN 22 936 830 275), a sole trader based at 1947/9 Maple Tree Road, Westmead NSW 2145. The site is operated from New South Wales, Australia.

What we collect

We keep this to what an order actually needs: your account email, business name, delivery address, ABN (if you provide one), and your order history. If you contact us we keep that correspondence so we can help you.

Why we collect it

To fulfil and deliver your orders, produce invoices, run your account, and reply to your enquiries. That's it — we don't build marketing profiles on you.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on Packery's systems — we only see that a payment succeeded. If you pay by bank transfer, we see your remittance details only to reconcile the order.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. These set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed and general location. You can block cookies in your browser without losing the ability to shop.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your data, and we don't share it except with the providers we need to run the business — our payment processor, delivery and supplier partners for fulfilment, and our analytics providers as described above.

Access and deletion

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. We'll action reasonable requests promptly.
