How the invoice check works
Our system reads your latest packaging invoice — either photo or PDF — and extracts every line item: cup sizes, container types, carton quantities and the unit prices you're paying today. Each line is matched against the equivalent product in our catalogue at trade pricing, and where we have collected market data, against wider Australian market prices too.
You get a line-by-line savings report on screen, showing exactly which items are cheaper, by how much per unit, and what that adds up to over a year of ordering. There's no obligation — if we can't beat your current pricing on an item, the report says so. Venues that do switch keep the same carton quantities they already order, with free delivery over $750 metro / $1000 regional and trade pricing 15% below list price on every carton.
