Metro areas: 3–5 business days from dispatch. Regional areas: 4–6 business days from dispatch. These are estimates from the day your order ships, not guarantees.

Minimum order

The minimum order for delivery is $350. Orders below that can't be checked out online — contact us if you need a smaller quantity.

Delivery cost

Metro: free delivery over $750; under that a flat $35 freight charge applies. Regional: free delivery over $1000; under that a flat $75 applies. Your zone is determined by delivery postcode and shown at checkout.

Tracking

Every order is prepaid and confirmed before dispatch. Once your order ships we'll send tracking so you can follow it to your door.

If your order arrives damaged

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we replace it free — just tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and the carton label.
