Delivery cost

Delivery is free on orders over $350. Under that, a flat $18.00 applies, calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Every order is prepaid and confirmed before dispatch. Once your order ships we'll send tracking so you can follow it to your door.

If your order arrives damaged

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we replace it free — just tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and the carton label.
