Butchering Paper: What Packery Stocks Instead (Greaseproof)
Packery does not stock butchering paper, so you won't find butchers rolls or butchers sheets in our range. What we do sell is greaseproof paper in pre-cut sheets — white economy cuts plus gingham and newsprint prints — for wrapping burgers and sandwiches, lining baskets and trays, and separating food, priced per sheet by the carton.

Does Packery sell butchering paper?
No. We don't carry butchering paper in any size, colour or roll format, and we'd rather tell you that up front than point you at a product that isn't what you searched for.
If what you actually need is a sheet to wrap a burger, line a chip basket or a serving board, or sit under a pastry in a display cabinet, greaseproof paper is usually the sheet doing that job in food service. What greaseproof sheets can I use for wrapping and lining food?
Packery's greaseproof range splits into two groups: plain white economy sheets and printed sheets. Plain white suits back-of-house lining and everyday wrapping, while the printed sheets are for front-of-house presentation where the paper is part of how the food looks.
The white economy sheets are sold as cuts:

The white economy cuts are the lowest cost per sheet in the range. Printed large sheets cost more per sheet but cover a bigger serving area and carry the pattern.

Gingham prints come in yellow, black, green, red and blue, and newsprint comes as its own pattern. Not every colour comes in every size, so check the size before you pick a colour scheme.

- Standard (190x300mm): yellow gingham and black gingham — $13.53 per carton of 200, $0.07 each.

There is no minimum order — you buy by the carton, and each product page shows the carton price and price per item. Delivery: metro $35 flat, free on orders over $750; regional $75 flat, free over $1,000. Delivery time is 3–5 business days to capital cities, 4–6 business days regional. All orders are prepaid online, and prices include GST. Returns: unopened full cartons within 14 days of delivery (customer pays return freight); damaged or faulty items are replaced or refunded free.
